A bit slower than last week but know where I lost the time - somewhere between the 6 to 8 miles. I just remember looking at my watch at around 8 miles and realised my thoughts had been drifting and was suddenly aware that my pace had slowed right down. I guess I should concentrate a bit more and check the garmin more regularly.

This was meant to be a steady run but ended up quite quick for me. Husband is away so had the dog to walk, shop to go to, him and kids to ring as well as lessons to plan, so all the way round I was aware I needed to get this over with! Maybe I could invent a similar 'to do list' as I trot around the VLM!
