Really really cold but not snowing yet. Got really cold at one point and slowed up, which was a shame because it was going well.

Pleased with this run - average 8.44 min miles, a long time since I've managed this comfortably over distance of 6 miles. I think it might be down to the fact that it was light. Too soon to think I might be getting back to some sort of form.
