How long!! Really enjoyable run although can't believe how long it took. Bearing in mind was taking it very easy and includes much off road/gates/stiles etc not too fussed.

First attempt at level 3 shred. Hard but quite enjoyed it! (Decided not to run due to long run yesterday and ultrasound. Despite physios instrucitons to carry on as normal decided to err on side of caution especially as foot very slightly achy)

First run with new supports. Possibly not wise after physio yesterday although he did say carry as normal so I did.
Disappointed to note after checking on goodrunguide route is slightly shorter than I thought - just under 10 as opposed to just over.
Footpath from Dinhams Bridge quite muddy.

Ran back from Washaway. Claiming this as a tempo run as seemed to gain momentum running down through woods and then carried on pushing it to the end. Course pb - really pleased considering long run (and walk) yesterday. Legs shredded by brambles in woods - ouch!
