Sladesbridge, road to Polbrock, long route to Burlawn, back via farm and co op path.

Approximate time - stopped watch at beginning of fields and forgot to start again until near Anneka Bridge. V annoying! Longest run for ages - lots of mud. Back fine.

Treraven Lane (after work) Cautiously slow descent on footpath to Camel Trail - v slippy (not wearing trail shoes doh!). Back was a bit twingy during the day but felt fine running and touch wood seems OK Tuesday.
(Also did some pilates and stretching in the morning which I think is helping. )

First time I've done this route (and longest run) for ages. Back fine although felt a bit tight coming down the hill from Washaway- probably would have been better to do the road bit first.
Feeling a bit stiff generally on Monday but no major problems. Hurrah!

What felt like a really slow plod, taking it very easy (back a bit stiff in places). Time not too bad at all really - would have been really pleased to do it last year.
Main worry was getting home in one piece so overall v happy.

Was intending to do Washaway route but had to do in reverse as too dark to go down trail first. By the time I got to the road to Polbrock back was grumbling a bit so decided to come back that way then added on Tremarren Road loop at end. Really pleased to have gone this far without any major problems though, back still not 100% but hopefully getting there!
(Stopped to walk in a couple of places (when back started to feel a bit 'dodgy')- not for too long - 10.52 pace altogether - v happy with that, also considering hill. )

Treraven Lane - lovely early morning pootle! First bit felt like I was running at a normal level of effort rather than 'cautiously slow due to back' pace. Then had to ease off a bit as back started to feel a bit tight but overall quite pleased with time.
