Went out on my own as finished work early. Lampost intervals along Egloshalyle Road.
10.28 pace - v pleased with this as running on own and felt like much less effort than previous 2 Tuesdays.

Down Gonvena, Bridge View, West Park loop cinema loop, Tremarren Drive back up Trenant Vale. Incl lamp post intervals on Egloshayle Road. Felt like I was going really well so a bit surprised/disappointed this only works out to about 10.24 pace (but did involve some stopping and starting).

Thought I would just take it easy but somehow got caught up in all the excitement which included 5 x 1 minute hill reps up West Park Hill. Wasn't too far behind most of the time. Feeling it now (Wednesday) but not like I've over done it so v happy).
