Hmm, bit disappointing time wise but quicker than last year so mustn't grumble too much.
Mile splits (all approx as from memory)
1. 8 mins (mainly downhill) **
2. 18 mins (mainly uphill)
3. 27.16 (mainly flat)
4. 36.36 (mainly flat but uphill at end)
** Think I was quicker than this last year so maybe the moral is hold back at the start!
