Freezing cold. Snow and ice in places so a few stops and starts and very cautious downhill bits. Despite crazily slow time (due to ice etc) feeling very pleased with myself to have done the whole route and not cut short at any point.

Easy run to shop (12 mins 22 1.14 miles - 10.51 pace not bad for a slow run up hill! )

Then - West Park, Cinema loop and 5 x Camel Trail post to cafe reps. 5.31 miles total 53 mins 14 - 10.01 pace average - also not bad at all - makes up for previous 2 runs. )

Hmm, bit disappointing time wise but quicker than last year so mustn't grumble too much.

Mile splits (all approx as from memory)

1. 8 mins (mainly downhill) **

2. 18 mins (mainly uphill)

3. 27.16 (mainly flat)

4. 36.36 (mainly flat but uphill at end)

** Think I was quicker than this last year so maybe the moral is hold back at the start!
