Ran to Nanstallon, back along trail, up to Washaway on footpath (v muddy) up towards St Mabyn, taking first turning towards Dinhams Bridge than back via 'dead goat' footpath.
Struggling a bit - stopped watch and walked the second I got to 14 miles (near home them anyway).
Average pace 11.04

Yay! First run back this year - incl 3 x 9 mins fast - 5 recovery , 8.56 9.28 and 9.28 for the fast bits - must try harder on the last 2 next time!
Overall 9.46 pace - so nice to be doing a nearly completely flat route for a change.

Ran to shop, then 5.31 miles in 53.44 (10.08 pace) and jogged back - bit quicker than in previous weeks but still felt like a relatively easy pace.

Rather chuffed with this; had been feeling a bit pooped and was considering not going out at all but decided just to try and see what happened. Not a pb or anything and legs were a bit achy for the first few miles but once I got going seemed to be going really well.
Footpath to Washaway was v muddy which slowed me down a bit overall but average pace works out to 10.33 - not bad at all for a LSR!

Feeling a bit sluggish but tried approx 2 miles fastish in the middle (started and stopped at Raj sign - 2.32 miles total) 9.29 pace. Not brilliant but not a complete disaster!

Ran to Nanstallon via Burlawn, back along trail, to Sladesbridge via Pendavey Farm then various loops round Wadebridge to make up the distance. Feeling pretty much OK all the way round - had gel at 9 miles - definitely seemed to give me a boost.

(5.53 miles in 56 58 (10 18 pace) then v short warmdown afterwards )
