Struggling a bit - stopped watch and walked the second I got to 14 miles (near home them anyway).

Overall 9.46 pace - so nice to be doing a nearly completely flat route for a change.

Rather chuffed with this; had been feeling a bit pooped and was considering not going out at all but decided just to try and see what happened. Not a pb or anything and legs were a bit achy for the first few miles but once I got going seemed to be going really well.
Footpath to Washaway was v muddy which slowed me down a bit overall but average pace works out to 10.33 - not bad at all for a LSR!
