(Did this instead of running back from work - which I felt would have too much of a slowish plod - need to get some more 'zip' back).

Lovely running weather - cold(ish) but sunny. 
Route pb!!! Not sure how that happened - started off OK but felt quite sluggish on the second half, also foot path very very muddy - nearly lost a shoe at one point..  but...

Aaaargh so annoyed with myself! Ran back from work planning do a timed mile as the third one in - started off OK but my head just wasn't there. Hit the lap button after 0.6 mile. 
On the plus side the 0.6 was done at 7.57 pace - best yet - why couldn't I have just hung in for another 0.4 of a mile!
Also miles before and after the 0.6 included some walking and what running I did didn't feel that quick so taking all that into account time not too bad at all
Will try again on Saturday.
