Ran first thing as day off. Feeling a bit sluggish but decided to attempt a timed mile - head wasn't quite there and once again DNF! But not too fussed - pace worked out to 8.16 for just under a mile which included some walking (before I hit the lap button) at the end. Know I can do sub 8 now I just need to get my head in gear and actually do it!
