Diddnt feel too good yesterday,headache most of day .Decided to go for run last minute,ended up pushing pace a bit more than intended,legs not too bad,still slight fatigue in them,but felt better than wednesday.Pace felt harder than it maybe should.Average 6:30 m/mile

legs fatigued,left hip flexor?/top of left thigh area a bit sore but nothing too serious.A bit stiff and legs not much strength,especially lower,could only manage to run slow anyway as a bit uncomfortable .Been some cumulative fatigue in legs since just before Kintbury race ,so think will rest up tomorrow. Approx 8 min miles

7 x 3 minutes @ 5k pace.ran each interval at approx 1:22 per 400m lap (17:00 5k pace).Felt tired and a bit stiff while warming up,but once got going felt ok ,focused on staying relaxed and having no tension ,keeping lower legs looser.seemed to be running more efficiently and comfortably.Pace felt hard but not overly so.Average 5:29 m/miles.

felt quite tired,legs heavy.Got better as run went on,and although they felt comfortable wasnt able to generate much energy,only one gel before run and around 400mls of drink taken during,warm and sunny conditions.But not bad as would have carried over fatigue from yesterdays long bike ride and run.Average approx 7:19 m/mile.

KINTBURY 5 .Felt a little tired before,and as legs didnt feel at there best,wasnt sure whether to race today.But made last minute decision ,and once got going seemed to race well enough,with a 5th overall and new pb!! Large hill started race off,and not the fastest course so think will go even quicker.Right calf muscle seems to feel more comfortable before/after race as well.But left hip flexor? seems to be a little tight/pulled slightly.Nothing serious though
