Went for a quick time trial as suggested by Liz Yelling on Runners World in an email to me!!!!!Only the Olympic Runner Liz Yelling........... managed the first 5 miles in 40 minutes but struggled into the wind and uphill coming back. so came back slower but pleased overall. Stuggling with strain abit in lower stomach area, hope I haven't got a hernia!!!
