Knee and hip ouch.......why am I doing this??? Hard work. Managed to stay under 9mm doing an 8.20,8.28 and 8.38 so all in all not too terrible. Come Sunday its rest the body and take up swimming for a while as the legs are done in.

Great run down the trail this morning, felt good was going to take it steady which I did to strrt with but then got going and the knee didn't feel too bad. Bit of a slow down as I ran up Station Road, it is steep though only a quarter of a mile max. Roll on the 19th.
