Up to the top of the trail. Lovely day. Still running too fast for half marathon pace in order to last the distance and get under two hours.
8.39-8.38-8.30-8.06-7.58. Couldn't keep this speed up for 13 miles so need to get down to 8.50 and try and stay around that distance.

Great run but got a blister on the left heel due to wearing the mudclaws which I had not run in since the Lake District. Need another pair of socks on the left foot as my foot was sliding about in them.
