<p>Did 3 mile run/walk session to mix with my 6m jog. It was tougher than the 6 miler! I think I got it wrong by trying to sprint, instead of just run faster!! Will do more sessions but will try just to run a bit faster rather than sprint!</p>

A lot tougher than Monday! Again, stop watch seemed to do what it liked but I used my phone too so it's not too accurate. Definitely slower than Monday.

I'm not going to enter the race in June - this route is as flat as a witch's b00b so if the Glooston 10k has even a slight incline I'll be finished!

Will work on it and try again later in the year!

It's funny, tonight I ran happier than I did the 5k on bank holiday Monday! Great run, still the same speed, but I felt great. Damned stopwatch wrong AGAIN, so I'm going to say it took me an hour. I WILL get a real time one day!

It seems that shorts are the way to go - would get so hot in the leggings and I noticed a difference tonight. It must have been the shorts. Damn - I'm going to have to shave my legs now!

Also practiced carrying water. Sounds silly, but I'm only used to carrying my mobile which is different.

I felt really REALLY good on this run!

Did my first event - the Impington 5k fun run. It wasn't timed, so I have no idea how I did, but I wasn't last!

Was baking hot so I found it quite tough, so I really am going to have to bit the bullet and get shorts!
