<p>Set out too fast again! Got to the turning point and had to stop - had a stitch already! Turning point was 16.16, jogged most of the way home but did stop a few times. Was really bad! Got home in 17.55 so that was 34.11. Never going to do RFL at this rate <img src="/images/smilies/small/sad1.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Sad" smilieid="35" class="inlineimg" /></p>

Well that was bloody awful! Blazing sun and really windy!
Did it 3 minutes slower than the last time.
Here come the excuses :
Set off way too quick as I felt okay so I knackered myself out early.
Elbow is puffy for some reason! Really hurts!
Took on some water this morning and it didn't seem to sit too well - got a stitch at the turnpoint so walked a bit.
I blame the lads and lasses from yesterday - they made me feel bad
