Foot sore today,a longish jog/walk at track,unable to run at any kind of pace.
Will have to rest to get blisters fixed up.

Due to foot burns had to resort to walking as training.
Did session of 3K walk in 28mins 33 secs/10 min resr/2Km walkin 19mins 10 secs/10 mins rest/won 3Km race walk in 23mins 11 secs at local CC event.
Foot took it well with no pain.

Walked a couple of miles at 9 mins/Km pace in loose,light shoe.No pain or problems with shoe even though still blistered extensive around toes.

Unfortunately scalded right forefoot and toes after the race.Very sore.

A very pleasant walk and stride session on undulating path.This followed a weights session at my local club gym.Felt much better all round during session.
Weather is very cold and windy but rain held off today.
