on way to club run but broke down so whilst waiting for the RAC man had to run 200m away from car and back again over 50 times to keep warm the temp was -16 and every part of me was frozen!! but managed to warm up by doing this whist making sure i did not get killed by stupid drivers going too fast on a foggy frozen A road in Norfolk
