Started feeling very heavy legged - very slow warm up mile, most of the run done at a good strong pace and a slower warmdown mile. Pushed hard on hills but average HR only 146 - perhaps should've pushed a little more for the rest of the course?

Felt fatigued from yesterdays football but dragged myself out anyway, started off as a nice easy run and loosened up nicely, had a good hard run, and certainly have the sore legs to show for it.

From a workout point of view though I felt very tight until warmed up, then felt strong throughout, and tightened up again once I'd finished. Awesome cardio workout
