Legs felt tired. DS trainers felt flat and horrible. Last years version...rubbish. I'm changing by to the Axiom or try the elite triax...silly shoe. Not sure if this years is any better but I need to trial it to see.

Stirling did really well...kept me going. Debbie didn't show...saw Danielle and she was on to do a hill session.

Felt good afterward but felt like a weighted down swiss ball during the run...:eek:
