not a bad time cosidering that i messed up the planning and had to go out within less than an hour or eating dinner. Was quite uncomfartable for the first mile or so, but got used it. This three mile route is ideal for keeping the target milage up to date. (Avenue, Field, Drury,West End, Ravensworth, St Catherines, Victoria, windmill, hammonds heath and the avenue)

hot again, I love it but it really saps the energy. Really glad I don't run for times, I'd be pretty fed up at the moment.

Sweating buckets in this weather, but still the weight doesn't shift. I'll have to try and stop snacking in the evenings
