Steady run to club ..stretched, for a change,...and then did club run at tempo before stretching at end and running home at easyish pace.
Wore too much for the umpteenth time!
About 8.5m.
Right hip a bit sore later in the evening.

Run to TM's and then to Ravine, back to Kessingland and to TM'S. A good 15.25m. Head wind on return part of the run made it hard work.
Both groins sore during the run but not to the extent of having to stop. Further fizz due in a couple of weeks.:eek:
Shoes rubbed at top of both feet...will need to buy a new pair soonish.

Felt ok but couln't keep up with hoped for pace.
Not too bad but have a niggle at top of left thigh.

Warm run and odd bit of drizzle. Only caught wind at back end of run. Wore too much again! Steady pace to the start of LLR run and then a good tempo run. Hip sore when I tried to sprint finish so pulled back to prevent injury. About 7.1m.

Warm morning but windy along the prom...as ever!
Took a few miles to get into my stride and felt tired towards the end when I lost my rhythm.
Didn't drink too much so must try to make an effort to take more on board as I run.
Not a bad run though.

Not bad for first long run of FLM training.

6m on treadmill followed by 10mins on bike a short swim and sauna.
Start of FLM training proper after a week away in Lanzarote where I did 4 runs of approx 5m, 5.25m, 7m and 3m with SWMBO.

No obvious injuries to report so hopefully niggles have gone...fingers crossed!
