How I Felt Heavy Legged Weather Warm

Not a good run. Planned 22m but did 21m at best. Legs very heavy and also felt a number of groin twinges.:eek:
Was slow but partly due to running with TM. However not sure I could have done any better.
Thank god it's tapering time!!

Didn't feel good on this run at all...laboured. No injury worries though.
Measured on mapmyrun and as thought Sue's 5m run is actually less than she thought and is 4.75m.

Beginning to feel as if FLM WILL BE A 4 HOUR EFFORT FOR SURE.

Did steady 7.75m run including some at a reasonable pace, with 50yard fun sprint at the end and had no problems at all...even with left shin...happy days!!!!

Didn't feel tired but shin now a worry going forward. Could it have been caused by the slow pace?

Planned to do 10m on treadmill but stopped at 8m as felt too hot and sticky.
Wore Arthritis Care vest for first time....not sure it'll be ok for FLM as didn't seem to wick sweat away very well and material felt heavy. Will need to run with it on outside before deciding.

Felt as if a change was needed so did a cross trainer session of 5m.
I keep forgetting that this is supposed to be a reduced mileage week before next week's final push before tapering.
Left hammy area sore...need to keep an eye on it.

Planned to do 20m run with TM but second part of the run hadn't been properly measured so was short by a mile or so. However......it was really windy which made the run hard work so it felt like a 20 miler!
About 19.25m in all allowing for running to and fro.

Not at all motivated...lacklustre and tired!
