Ran to sports centre for speed session...only 2 others there...rekon wind and rain put others off, though to be fair there some are racing Friday nad/or Sunday.

Ran to front and then turned back passing Jolly Sailors. Could be a new route....this section just about 5m.

Undulating course...which was fine by me...with not too many straight sections. Hard last mile battling wind and uphill.

Good support on course considering nasty weather.

Beat 3.5 year old pb by 26 seconds...on my watch...new 1/2m pb 1hour 32 mins exactly.
