Long run in breeze and sun with bike support....welll bike support for start and finish....left them for the middle section as they went bird watching !
Reasonable steady pace...4 stops on route...only 2 planned being the meeting and leaving of Leece at Tescos.....then met another club runner for a chat after 30mins and then later the Bascule Bridge was up...legs a bit stiff and heavy but not too bad.
