Long run in breeze and sun with bike support....welll bike support for start and finish....left them for the middle section as they went bird watching !

Reasonable steady pace...4 stops on route...only 2 planned being the meeting and leaving of Leece at Tescos.....then met another club runner for a chat after 30mins and then later the Bascule Bridge was up...legs a bit stiff and heavy but not too bad.

Run down to sports centre and then club run. Put some effort into first part of the run and then for first third of club run...then turned round to shepherd ladies through the wooded section of route...safety first.

Felt fine...bloomin' warm though!
