Far too humid to run well...just ambled round Scores route..plus to and from sports centre.

Very warm to start with.. then cloud came over but still humid.

Started very quickly and had to slow between 2-3k.

Did 5k pb in 19:35...3 secs inside the flat course pb set last year....

Good steady pace to sports centre then a tempo run of the summer route followed by easy start of run home and quicker finish.
Felt good throughout. Found some leg speed at last!!

Warm but not overly so.

Felt heavy legged and tired. Struggled on hill session though did some decent reps. Bit too warm for me....carried water...unlike me to do that on training session...and have done so twice this week.

Slow start to LRR meeting point..then slow start to club run before picking up a decent pace. Run home at a steady pace too.
Very hot...drank all my water..don't normally carry on a club night.
