Did first 6.77m alone and then joined the 3 L2B boys , Leece and 2 other club runners for 10m or so before running home.

Hot...should have left earlier!
Legs heavy to start but then felt good and was able to do a fair pace through the mid section of the course leaving L2B boys behind from about 2m. Bad patch around 16/17m but picked up for last 2m.
SWMBO accompanied on bike...but left me quite a bit to check on L2B boys!
1 gel, 500ml Nuun and 300ml isotonic.
