Usual Hall Road route..did 2 full length reps on each of the 6 hills and then to complete 5m ran up to Grange Rd and back.
Felt sore in right hip/top of right buttock but not in my back...and the soreness wasn't too bad at all

Just as well I'm off on hols Thursday..a week's rest..well a week where I do short runs only, if any.....is probably what I need.

Not a good run at all and my back is now becoming a problem..had to cut planned run short due to back twinges and stiffness...and as a result of the back pain my legs, groins mainly, felt bad as I compensated for the back soreness.

..and it was windy too..I HATE THE WIND!!!
