Ran with Karen and Jonathon from LRR and passed 300miles for the year when I got to 0.66m...strangely, as it happened, being outside of the Wherry Inn Hotel.
A good run in chilly conditions.
Balloons, marked 3000 miles by SWMBO, tied around my neck and a celebratory glass of fizz shared with the guys as SWMBO took photos.
