Slow run with SWMBO and struggled all the way with sore right hip/groin and lower back.
HAD TO WALK LAST 2 MILES HOME

Cold wind blowing tonight.

Struggled with this session with my back as well as fitness generally

Have a chiro appointment next Tuesday

Cool but not too bad at all tonight.

Standard route but in reverse.

Stitch due to having scoffed far too much at lunchtime.

Back sore as usual.
