hill session lvl 12, got heart rate up to 140 average which is pleasing feeling relatively fit. Specialist football physio doesn't think I have OP, wants me to go to chiropractor to get aligned correctly and for them to fire up my gluts, same old story. Have doctors on friday to discuss scan
