Beat yesterday's longest run ever by exactly 5 minutes, 0.7 miles & 80 calories burned!
My new record :-
01:10:20 at 7mph (increasing to 7.1mph at some point) = 8.2 miles & 940 caloires burned!

Bloody Happy!!
After all the fat burning sessions on the tready this week I decided tonight I would just do a nice slow 3 miles! 
Started off at 6.5 mph but after 30 seconds decided that it was too slow so increased speed to 6.7mph! After 1 mile I decided that it was still a bit slow so increased speed up to 7mph 
Stayed at that speed,enjoying the run listening to my music & before I knew it I had been running for 1 hour!! (without holding on once! that is a first))
So I decided I would just keep going! Thats when my misses said it was time to put the kids to bed!
So just ran a few more minutes to make the run 7.5 miles (My longest yet)Burnt off 860 calories!
Then I walked at 4 mph for 0.2 Miles as a warm down.
I was very hot & sweaty as the Tready is in my conservatory but I felt that I could of just kept on running for at least another 15 minutes or so 
The other big achievement was the fact that I didn't hold on to the hand rails once!! Normally I run a lot faster (8-9mph) but have to hold on every few minutes as I am knackered! So slow & steady is the way to go it seems! Knees ok but did have the tell tale sign of them feeling really hot & achey so I know I will be in pain later 
Also walked 2.07 miles this morning with the dog, burning off 204 calories!

Walked 1.94 miles with the dog burning off 186 calories
