How I Felt Bad Weather Raining

My longest ever run!

3.75miles on road then aprox 2.5 miles cross country around Bbont woods! Then road all the way home.
Went past my estate for aprox 1/4 mile & then back just to break the 10 miles

Knees felt really sore the whole way around so I am proud of myself for not giving up!

Early morning run before hotel breakfast!

Again along the riverside at Exeter whilst on a stay away job, knees were hurting from the previous days run along the concrete paths so did a shorter route!

Stayed away with work so took my running gear!

This was a nice route from the Hotel along the riverside although the concrete path/cycleway was a bit unforgiving on my knees!

I had forgoton how hot it is in the conservatory!!!

10 mins @ 7mph

10 mins @ 7.2mph
5 mins @ 7.3mph
4 1/2 mins @ 7.4 mph

Then a 30 second sprint @ 10mph

Burned a total of 546 calories.
