Another treadmill session in a scorching hot conservatory!

Knees felt better & I managed to run faster that yesterdays session covering 0.6 miles further in the same amount of time!

Back was giving me gyp at work & I kept feeling the odd twinge whilst running!
Still managed 200 sit ups on the Total Core machine & 5 minutes Hula hooping

Overal I am pleased with this session

First run for a couple of weeks! Been on holiday etc & eaten lots of junk So have put on about 12Llbs in weight!

Knees have been giving me a lot of gyp for a week or so & have been using that as an excuse for not running!

Started of slowly @ 7mph but my knees were screaming at me so had to slow it down more, tried 6.5mph but had to slow down to 6 mph

After a couple of miles my knees had settled so slowly sped up over the next couple of miles finishing at 7.5mph then 9 mph sprint for the last 30 seconds!

Did 400 sit ups on the Total Core machine & 5 minutes Hula Hoop before siting in a cold bath for 10 minutes & then having a hot bath!

Knees are aching but it is bearable
