Legs felt heavy & were hurting from yesterday's 7.8 mile treadmill run!
(will not be doing 2 long runs on consecuitive days again!!)

Also phone battery went dead 26 minute into run so I couldn't listen to my music anymore!

Still I kept going & didn't give up so all good
