How I Felt Hung Over Weather Cold

Distance 2.25 Miles
First road run in a long time! Also completed early morning after quite a few beers the night before whilst on a stay away job with work! God I have got so unfit!

Still glad I did it though

Did the last 0.1 mile @ 10mph sprint.

Same time as yesterdays run but a little bit faster so 0.2 miles further

Started @ 7.5mph & gradually sped up to 8.5mph

All @ 2% incline.

Oh my god I have got so unfit- bloody knackered after & aching
