Friday 2nd May 2008
This was a rest day

Training Session Thursday 1st May 2008, 07:00
How I Felt Good Weather Fair
Type Of Session Running - Regular Run Route Buckstone via Mounthoolie
Surface Road Duration 30m 00s
Distance 2.67 Miles
Felt very good, although my right knee felt strange; not sore, but not right. Didn't take the Camelbak with me; I was quite thirsty, but I think I prefer not taking it, felt free-er.

Sport Tracker :-
Avg speed - 5.3mph
Max speed - 15.8mph (something wrong there )
Avg pace - 11:23 min/mile

Energy 928.6 kCal (very suspicious of this, how does it know? I haven't entered any of my health/weight/height stats into it)

Overall, I liked having the sport tracker with me; saves having to measure out the route on the Gmap Pedometer website.

I'll do this route a couple more times until I can complete it within 30 minutes
