Decathlon sizing advice

My neice is picking me up some Decathlon gear. Can anyone advise what the sizing is like. I will probably get a technical t shirt and base layer shorts. I seem to take a size S in Nike and Mountain Life Tech T's, although I get away with medium. Is Decathlon comparable. In base layer shorts I have the Aldi ones in size M and they are spot on.

Do they carry Kalenji as their base brand in the UK as well? Over here, their standard Kalenji tees (which are very cheap but good btw) are fairly small, so I'd go for M just to be sure.

They are indeed Kalenji... and I'd also agree they come up a tiny bit small... so if you're between a small/medium, then I'd definately go for a medium... I'm a medium and can occaisionally wear small in some brands, and would go for Medium decathlon clothing by choice, though I even run in some Large decathlon long sleeve tops without then being too baggy (they only had large in stock at the time).

what is equiivalent to the UK Medium on their website? EU or US?

Hey Rich, did you manage to find out? I think the answer is that EU is the same as UK but just wanting to make sure.

I'm really sorry BC... I completely forgot to look - was rushing around all over the shop - I would expect EU=UK, but I'll try and remember to look when I get home

got the gear from my neice now, sizing was about right, medium for base layer shorts, medium for t shirt. I would say the medium t shirt is the most snug t shirt I have, more so than size S shirts from mountain warehouse. So I could have got an L but M is the kind of snug not loose fit I wanted, without being tight.
