I did think about that one TT,but decided to give it a miss.

Just going to concentrate on the Southend half at the moment. After that I`ve got a couple of local 5k X-Country races and the Horndon 10k.

well, let me use the example of sports bras to ladeeees... I like a nice supporting one, to stop any 'jiggle'...if you get my meaning (not that there's much to jiggle )

Surely if you wear normal shorts and no underwear, then you might experience unnecessary 'jiggle'?

Its not like its elastic tho is it and likely to sag like breasts and don't running shorts have an inner liner - a bit like a pair of knickers??

Well actually SE....a similar topic came up in conversation last weekend, funnily enough, over a lovely meal in a restaurant.

And the 'veg' part of the 'meat and two veg' does actually sag over time...especially if it (or should I say they) have had inadequate support over time
