Union flag running vest?
Running Stockholm marathon in May and as i'm representing my nation I would like to run in either a Union flag or St Georges flag running vest, though i'm having trouble finding one. Does anybody know any respectable manufacturers that sell one? I wonder why they aren't readily available to be honest. You'd think you'd be able to buy the Olympic or Commonwealth kit.

I'm sure I've seen vests for all the home nations advertised in Runners World. Surprised you're having difficulty finding one.

See they're all shit designs and manufacturers. Can't you get an Adidas, Puma, Nike, Mizuno one etc, like the guys in the Olympics would be wearing?

Ellis, come on
What's the problem with the brand?
Ellis Rimmer by Versace!?
If the material isn't kind on the skin wear a t-shirt underneath. If you really want to wear a singlet that's meaningful for you it's better to wear a rubbish one than nothing at all.

Fulmar I just want a reputable brand wear I can trust the fabrics and look good, i'm a patriotic guy so I don't want to wear a vest that has made a rubbish design out of my countries flag, which is insulting to me, my land and my Queen!

I can understand the brand thing. I have cheap clothes I wouldn't wear for a race, especially a long one as the fit isn't so good and the seams would chaff on a long run.
You get what you pay for in general.

Quite a few of the guys and girls from my club have union jack shorts or bottoms and wear club colours on top. Can't really help you though, sorry.

A German vest won't be any good. But, a Union Flag vest, by a German manufacturer is.
