Scorchio

and about time too!!

Right I need some new running clothes!

I mainly need some new bottoms. I would love to wear shorts but unfortunately I haven't got the legs

So I need some breathable bottoms... Any ideas?

Hi

look on startfitness.co.uk or sweatshop if you don't get time to get to the shops.

Anything made with climalite fabric or similar is good .... helps to keep you cool while running. It took me a while to pluck up the courage to run in shorts in the summer but its definately worth it .... so much more comfortable than long running tights!

Any technical wicking material will do the job well styliko (climalite being the adidas version I believe - and pretty good it is too!).

Definately go for the shorts - you'd be silly not to IMO! Plus it'll help prevent having milky white legs when/if you hit the beach over summer
