Did my second 10k race yesterday. It was bloomin hot (29 degrees) and it was hilly (bit of a shock for a girl from the Fens) and off road... and I got a PB by nearly nine minutes! Woohooooooo

Not sure, though, but I think I may have sustained a bit of a groin injury :eek: Hurts a bit when I try to take big steps or stand on one leg (erm, not sure why I have been trying to stand on one leg)...
