Gt East Run 18/2/07
Anyone doing this 20k race? Goodies always top draw including a bottle of Ale!

I looked at this race last year and wanted to do it then but couldn't fit it into my schedule
common sense tells me that I shouldn't enter it this year maybe next year?

Not something I've a lot of!! If you still plan to do FLM after your adventure over the pond you may decide to jog/limp round to test the water after recovering. I'll be wearing my RF TOP pre race so if you do make it we may meet up. Nice little climb at the end of the race!!
