My Ipod mix is very eclectic, from Johnny B Goode by Little Richard to Ecuador by Sash, with some Prodigy, Ramones, New York Dolls, Killers, Buzzcocks, Nirvana, Kaiser Chiefs and Simple Minds thrown in too, and some more.

It's little wonder I can't sustain a regular pace!
