I had on my phone as ringtone for when my Mother in law phoned*. If that doesn't scare you into passing Usian Bolt, nothing will.

*Got bored with it after a while and changed to the Psychio "Eek,eek,eek".

I got bored with having "work out" music on my iPod (Free Ride by Prodigy is ace, though :-) ) and now I have more peaceful electronica - Aphex Twin right now - just drift along without listening too hard.

Kaskade - I Remember (Strobelite Edit).... lush

Coldcut - Walk a Mile in my shoes... bit cliche but very smooth...

Linkin Park - What I've Done... like nitrous injection for those nasty rocky hills...

Choice music my friend. I too listen to Mr James and a lot of similar stuff.

I can't run without my music! I love running to dance music, I have a lot of Clubland tracks on my MP3. I also have my fave band Scooter.

I download unsigned bands from the Channel 4 website. I'm listening to mostly rock and indie stuff ATM but the choice is much wider than that. I like the idea that nobody else is listening to the exact same selections as me.
