I have also managed to keep my running streak going with 20 minutes the day after the race and 30 minutes today! That 20 mins was harder than the race!

Oh my god! Ow!!! I'm working on a slacking streak myself Looking forward to getting back into it though. Who knows, if there's another marathon somewhere in a month or two I might even have another crack at 3:30

Looks a good circuit you done, Amsterdam is Nice, My husband is Dutch, we visit there often, may give my father in law a run for his money one day.. nice flat courses for a beginner like me
