It struck me while i was out on the run tonight, that it's been a marvellous weekend for all concerned some fantastic performances by Trinity, Granty, Lazy jones, Hollywood and any one else i 'v e forgotten.

But i have to say that as proud as i am of their achievments i would also like to say how immensely proud i am of eveyone on this forum There have been some tremendous obstacles overcome by people of late and with help motivation and encouragement by many of you they've managed to triumph over adversity.

So a big thank you to you all
