First I appologise if this repeats other requests of a similar nature but here goes.....
I used to run quite a bit years ago but retired from running until quite recently.
I am running in the Hastings marathon on 14th December and hopefully the London in April.
I am gradually building up my milage as confirmed / suggested by Trinity am in the process of trying to sort out a 16+ plan for both.
I more have in my mind to mix the training in the week as I gradually build up the weekend run. But if anyone has a training plan they were comfortable with that they could e-mail I would be grateful.
p.s. I hope to do some 5k 10k and poss 1/2 marathon/s in my plan...
