London Elevation
Does anyone have any info on the undulating nature of the FLM course? I'm looking for things like total overall height difference , biggest single climb etc., as would be interested to 'see how the land lies'

I'm sure you'll be fine. You've got loads of time to get in shape - and if you can train in the hills of North Wales, then 26 miles in London will seem like a walk in the park
