I would like to be a mental health nurse but I am ridiculously squeamish about blood, needles, anything vaguely nursey, so I wouldn't be much good at it!

If you could have any car in the world what would you have- not necessarily a supercar but something you would actually like to have on your driveway.

A classic mini, Italian job style. Cool.

Same question.

Sorry for disrupting the chain - but I can't see why anybody would want to do that job, it is probably the hardest and one of the most thankless jobs going and I applaud everybody who does it

Probably a Range Rover, looks good, comfortable and smart but also practical and good for bad conditions.

Would you rather go on a bobsleigh run or a live fire exercise with the army?

Live exercise, definitely.

What sort of run should I do today? Tempo, LS or Zombie?

Erm, no unless you have another one to go to!

How long do I have to run for to burn off 2 frys peppermint cremes and a bag of salt and vinegar crisps?

In Dubai at this time of year, about 10 seconds.

What´s the longest you´ve ever stayed awake in one go?

Probably about 24-28 hours back in my student days when I had the energy to do a full day of lectures then straight out for an all-nighter followed by a late breakfast. Make me yawn at the thought of it now!

Lose a hand or lose a foot- probably a daft question on a running board!

Hand. Cooler attachments if I decided to become a super-villain.

On that note... Favourite superhero?

Razor sharp hailstones the size of acorns, midrun today (and not dressed for the occasion). I'd forgotten what real hail was like so loved it.

Just been given my Queens Duamond Jubilee medal. Not a great achievement cos everyone with 5+ years service gets one. Question is, do I keep it out of pride/sentimentality or just stick it on eBay, where they're currently selling for up to £180?

Keep it please. Unless you and your family are absolutely on your arse.

Does anybody think that the queen will live until she is 100?

If she continues to eat her greens and take regular exercise then yes.

Same question about Keith 'I've never been ill in me life' Richards?

Yes we've got loads of them. They're good for reading in the bath last thing at night when your brain is fuzzed

What do you remember as your favourite childhood tv programme?
