Another 10k PB for me..........
Thought I would share this with you.
Billericay Striders 10k yesterday.
Bad preparation for the last 2 weeks
Went into the race with no great expectations,but the conditions were perfect,organistion was brilliant,and I ended up running 46`22" a PB by 53 seconds.
Rehydrated with beer after the race.(As recommended by scientists.).........

Nothing serious Granty.
Just a slight pull in my groin and a few other little niggles.
It seemed to happen just after I Passed 1000 miles running since January.
Touch wood,Seems to have cleared up now. Thanks for asking.

And on giving in to scientific evidence... It must have been hard to rehydrate in such a way after that race

I thought women wanted men with big muscles like Daniel Craig, not slim runners like us. Glad to here there may be another positive benefit to running
